El Khankah, Qalyubia, Egypt

I woke up by the afternoon, prayed, took my medicines, and kept myself in the bed. Today, the physical pain was too hard. I didn't do anything except my skincare routine, taking medicines, some herbs and tea.

However, by the evening, I was really better, so I had some light workout. Just it. Today was a sick leave.
