Day 7

 

2/11/2024 - Saturday 

Saint Fatima - Heliopolis - Cairo 

Saturday, full-day. I woke up with a lot of headaches, and heavy tasks to take. The thesis topped the list. Woke up at 7 am, morning routine, shower, getting ready for work. Arrived my office, wrote some stories then had my trip to the Goethe Institute in Cairo. I attended the 26th German teachers' day. The activities were cool. I loved the organization, the system, and the vibe of the Goethe Institute. I had really nice afternoon time with some members of the institute's staff. They really embraced me, and I enjoyed these feelings of gathering, talk, tea, discussions, vibe, and warmth. We gathered for almost 2 hours around the table in the garden. November's sun is different, and its warmth is different, and this day is, of course, different. I really appreciate this day and time. 

Returned home to have two hours sleep to get ready for a sleepless night to finish writing my thesis. I woke up at 7 pm, had dinner, caught WWE Crown Jewel, wrote the rest of my thesis and finished it at 6 am. I also watched AEW Collision episode. 

I didn't cook, and ordered junk food, yeah, a big mistake, I know. I drank herbs, and did only my morning skincare routine.  

I depended on walking to make my body move more.
